Your pace, your pace. My pace, my pace.

Your pace, your pace. My pace, my pace.

The pace you go at, is the pace you need to go at. Just as the reasons you do things aren’t more important than how you feel about what you do.

Today, here is a letter to my heart. May this poem encourage you to follow your path, your heart.

Dear heart,
I hear you. I see you now.
You are safe now.
Dear body, I feel you.
I will follow.
You and my heart.
One after the other, the questions, the whys disappear. To reveal what is. For what it is.
I follow your voice, guiding me.

The way, I will find on the way.

I’m getting to know myself and that how I am is how I am. And in how I am and how I feel, in there are the tools and all my answers.
It is safe to follow myself. My heart and my body.

I know for myself.
I can rely on myself.
I am on my way to myself.
This is the way. I found it. I found me

You are the answers to your question. You have so much to bring to the world. Follow your gifts, follow your callings. You’re being called because you’re supposed to answer them.

Follow your path.
Follow your pace.
